Self-assessments
Two ways to get a clearer picture
The neurofeedback assessment takes about five minutes; the parts assessment ten to fifteen. Both are educational, not diagnostic — a way to learn about yourself, how these methods may be useful to you, and a starting point for a conversation. These are not clinical assessments. Choose whichever speaks to where you are right now.
